With projects spread across the UK, our wonderful team members are often separated from their colleagues as they work on different projects all over the country. To maintain a healthy sense of teamwork and ensure that all of our staff members always feel like valued and respected members of the WJ Project Services family, we like to get everyone together every now and again to let off some steam, encourage healthy competition and allow our much valued staff to socialise and enjoy themselves.
That’s why on a warm summer’s day we took the team for a stress-relieving and bonding day of clay pigeon shooting.
Our hot-shot instructor taught us how it’s done, and watched on as we enjoyed delving into healthy competition with each other. After our activity, we took the team out for a few drinks to lighten the mood and let everyone talk, laugh and generally let their hair down, before heading off for a tasty treat in the form of a delicious Mexican meal.
